No BS Foods is an Old-West-themed barbecue food truck in Las Vegas, NV serving meats slow-smoked for hours over real hardwood, with every BBQ sauce made from scratch. We also pour fresh aguas frescas made from real fruit, never concentrates. The full menu with current prices is on our Menu page.
Where is the No BS Foods food truck today?
The No BS Foods truck moves around Las Vegas, NV, and today's stop is posted on the "Where We're At" board on our homepage. Each stop lists the location name, street address, and serving hours, along with the upcoming stops on the schedule, so you can check before you head out.
Can I order ahead from No BS Foods?
Yes. On any day the truck is on the schedule, you can order online and choose a pickup time in 15-minute slots, starting at least 15 minutes from when you order. We text you updates on your order, including when it's ready to pick up. Online ordering is only open on days the truck is serving.
How do I pay for an online order?
Online orders are paid by Zelle or Venmo. Checkout shows the exact amount and where to send it; include your name in the memo, then confirm you've sent it on the next screen. We verify the payment before your order goes into the kitchen. Card payment isn't available for online orders yet.
