No BS Foods sends text message updates about orders placed for pickup at our food truck. This page explains who receives these messages, what they say, how you sign up for them, and how to stop them at any time.
Who Receives These Messages
Only customers who voluntarily provide their phone number when placing an order on nobsfoods.cooking receive text messages from us. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from any other source.
What Messages Are Sent
Messages fall into two categories: order-related updates for the order you just placed, and optional follow-up messages (a review request after pickup, or a reward code if you opt into a promotion). Examples:
Order confirmed
“Hi Jamie, No BS Foods here — we got your payment! We'll text you when your order's ready for pickup.”
Order ready
“Your No BS Foods order is ready for pickup!”
Post-pickup review request
“Thanks again for stopping by No BS Foods! Got a sec to tell us how it was? https://nobsfoods.cooking/review/abc123”
Reward code
“Thanks from No BS Foods! Here's your code for 10% off your next order: SAVE10”
How Consent Is Collected
When you enter your phone number at checkout to place an order, you are providing your number so we can text you about that order — order confirmation and pickup-ready notifications are part of completing your order. Follow-up messages (review requests, reward codes) are optional and tied to a specific action you take, such as leaving a 5-star review or following us on social media.

Your mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and not required to place an order by phone or in person.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to unsubscribe immediately — no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
