If you submit a catering inquiry, we also collect your email address and event details. We do not collect payment card information directly — card payments are processed by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your name and phone number to process your order, notify you of its status, and follow up after pickup (a review request or a reward code, if applicable). We use catering inquiry details only to respond to that inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from No BS Foods about your order — payment confirmation, pickup-ready alerts, and occasionally a post-pickup review request or reward code.
