These terms govern your use of nobsfoods.cooking and any order placed with No BS Foods. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering & Pickup
Orders are for pickup only, at the location and time posted for that day. We are a food truck — location and hours can change, and menu availability depends on what we have on hand that day. We’ll do our best to notify you of any changes affecting your order.
Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. For Zelle or Venmo orders, your order is confirmed once payment is verified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from No BS Foods about your order — payment confirmation, pickup-ready alerts, and occasionally a post-pickup review request or reward code.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Your mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability
We aren’t liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control, such as weather, traffic, or equipment problems affecting the truck’s ability to operate as scheduled.
